Microsurgical technique in head and neck surgery
In the theoretical part, students will become familiar with the main stages of the operation, features of preparation and pharmacological support. Leading Russian neurosurgeons will share their own experience in treating complex and non-standard cases of head and neck diseases. The practical part takes place at the Faculty of Medicine of KBSU and is aimed at manually practicing the acquired theoretical knowledge on biomaterial, as well as on laboratory animals under the guidance of an experienced doctor. At the end of the course, students will fully master both basic theoretical and practical knowledge about the technology of microvascular anastomoses. The accumulation of points in the system of continuing medical education (CME) is provided.
